Flutter Social Nondiscrimination Policy
We are proudly female-owned and are committed to advancing diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the tech community and wedding industry. We believe #loveislove and our community of Members operate under the following Nondiscrimination Policy.
Flutter Social is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all Members of the Flutter Social Community (including Virtual Planners, Business and Non-Business Members) and for our visitors. Flutter Social, therefore, prohibits its Members from discrimination against others based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Such discrimination includes, but is not limited to:
- Refusing to provide or accept services based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Imposing any different terms or conditions based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Making any statement that discourages or indicates a preference for or against a person because of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
If shared content or comments contain language contrary to this Nondiscrimination Policy, the Member will be asked to remove the language and affirm his or her understanding and intent to comply with this policy and its underlying principles. Flutter Social may also, in its discretion, take steps up to and including suspending the Member from the Flutter Social platform.
If a Virtual Planner or Business Member refuses service to a couple based on protected class or uses language demonstrating that his or her actions were motivated by factors prohibited by this policy, Flutter Social will take steps to enforce this policy, up to and including suspending the Member from the platform.
Nothing in this policy prevents a Virtual Planner or Business Member from turning down a couple on the basis of a characteristic that is not closely associated with race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or other protected class.
