Whip up and sample a new seasonal craft cocktail with us each week with so you're super informed when choosing your signature drink. 'Cause someone's gotta do it.
Rosy Kombucha Cocktail
via Bon Appètit
2 ounces gin
1 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
5 ounces original kombucha, chilled
lemon wedges for garnish
Stir the gin, Compari, lemon juice, and ginger in a pint glass or measuring cup, then add the kombucha and stir. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into an ice-filled glass and garnish with lemon wedges.
Our thoughts: This one's for all our wellness-minded friends out there - who says you can't have your cocktail and probiotics too? I'm still not 100% on the kombucha train yet, but I'm definitely on board when its mixed with gin and Campari! If gin's not your thing, try mixing vodka with a flavored kombucha.
I especially like this as a signature cocktail for anyone who likes to brew their own kombucha at home - it's a fun way to incorporate your passions into your big day. And who knows, maybe it'll help keep the hangovers at bay? -Marcie

Based in Atlanta, their mission is to provide early detection education while also supporting research and legislation efforts with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Georgia Breast Cancer Coalition Fund.
