The Lavender Mule

adapted from The Almond Eater

1 bottle ginger beer

1/4 cup vodka

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp dried food-grade lavender

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

For the lavender syrup: combine the sugar and water in a small pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lavender, cover and remove from heat. Let the lavender steep for 10-15 min, then strain out the lavender and let the syrup come to room temperature before using. For the mule: Combine  all of the ingredients, stir, and serve over ice. P.S. This one serves 2.

 Our thoughts: Of course the classic moscow mule is great on its own, but it's fun to get dressed up for a special occasion, amiright? This cocktail looks, tastes, and smells delicious and gets extra bonus points for its stress-reducing aromatherapy potential. Serve it up in a classic moscow mule mug or in a coupe glass and garnish with some lavender or dried flowers 🌸
